1. How can I check the quality of the product?

After start production, every step we will take images to confirm, have own QC department.

2. Which payment means do you accept?

We accept Ali Trade Assurance, T/T, Western Union, Paypal etc, and some bank will charge some handling charge.

3. How long is the delivery time? And what is the mode of transportation?

It takes about 10-15 work days for delivery. Please note Public Holidays.

Goods will be shipped by UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT or other carriers as necessary.

4. How do I track my shipment?

Your goods will be shipped after you check out.

The tracking number will be email to you, so you can check the progress at the carrier’s web site.

5. What should I do if my shipment not arrives?

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for your item to be delivered.

If it still does not arrive, please reach your customer manager.

They will get back to you with in 10mins.
