1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: Factory. Welcome to visit! We are located at Taihe Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China, where is 20-minute drive away from the Baiyun Airport.

2. Do you accept OEM order?
A: Yes, We have been specialized in OEM field since 2003. 

3. Can you offer free sample for testing?
A: For the very first time we need to charge sample fees, however, we could return your sample fees once you place a mass production order with us.

4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. 

5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
