1, Hydraulic system
The rig converts the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy through a hydraulic variable oil pump and transmits it to two quantitative hydraulic motors through the pipeline, thereby achieving the rotation, pressurization and lifting of the drilling tool (see Figure 3 for the pipeline connection diagram).
1 Reversing valve
The handle of the reversing valve can be positioned at any position and is easy to operate. Adjust the position of the handle to control the rotating speed of the power head to adapt to different formations and working conditions;
When the shuttle valve handle is in the neutral position, both motors do not operate. When in the working position, oil is supplied in the forward and reverse directions respectively to achieve positive and negative rotation of the power head and lifting and lowering of the drilling tool.
The lifting and lowering speeds and rotation speeds of drilling tools are all controllable, which makes the lifting and lowering of the drills smooth and the impact force small.
2 oil pump tank assembly
The oil pump, the fuel tank and the manual reversing valve form a unit, which simplifies the connection of the pipeline and makes the structure of the drilling rig more compact. The oil pump power transmission adopts the unloading method to improve the pump shaft pressure.
3, Derrick
The derrick acts as a support and guide for the power head and the pressurizing motor and withstands the axial forces and rotational torques generated during the drilling process.
4, the role of the power head and structure
The power head is mainly used to drive the rotation of the drilling tool. The torque is transmitted to the drill bit through the drill pipe, and the impact of the head and the system pressure are applied to achieve the purpose of drilling. The power head structure is shown in Figure 4. The hydraulic motor shaft and the central tube are connected by flat keys to drive the drill to achieve rotation.
5, radiator
The radiator assembly consists of a radiator, a fan, and a DC motor.
When the rig is in operation, the hydraulic system will generate a large amount of thermal energy, and the independent fan will be driven by the DC motor to cool the circulating hydraulic oil in the form of suction to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
6, Air compressor
The air compressor unit consists of an air compressor and an engine. The role of the air compressor host is to provide the well drilling medium for air drilling and air shock drilling in the drilling rig, compressed air.
7, submerged hole impactor
The submerged hole impactor is the main drilling tool for the air drilling of mountain drilling rigs. It uses compressed air to make the reciprocating motion of the piston of the submerged hole impactor to drive the drill bit to achieve rock drilling. The drilling tool structure
