Warm Tips:
1. Do not apply excessive force or repetitively bend the same spot.; The string light could not be extended or connected with other string lights.
2. Due to the power consumption of battery fairy lights is large, with the decrease of battery power, the light brightness will be also gradually dim. Consider the actual power consumption, to save battery cost, we suggest that it is better to use rechargeable AA batteries
3. If the star-brust light doesn't turn on, please check if the batteries are dead(including AA battery and CR 2025/CR 2032), or whether the head of two copper wires touched and caused short circuited.Disperse every copper wire and change new battery will be OK.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. Do you offer guarantee for the products? A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty? A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system . Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation
Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Tell us which one you would like, we will keep that in mind.
