Q1. Can I order samples?
Answer: Yes, we welcome to order samples to test and check the quality.

Minimum order quantity, 5 samples can be provided for inspection, please contact us for sample shipment

Q2. What about the delivery time?
Answer: Samples need 3-5 days, mass production time takes 1-2 weeks, 1 million custom-made 10 days, 300,000 custom-made 5 days

The minimum order quantity is 1pc and the delivery time is 1 month

Q3. What payment methods do you support?
Answer: We accept four different payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, wire transfer and escrow.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long will it take to arrive?
Answer: For small parcels less than 2 kg, we can send them by registered air mail by China Post, or by DHL, UPS, FedEx and other commercial express delivery. Please refer to the table below for delivery time and courier information.

For mass-produced goods weighing more than 45kgs, we can also provide LCL, FCL shipping, and airport-to-airport cargo models, but you need to declare conventions beside you.
