1.What's the difference bewteen with other smt machine?
For ZB3245TSS,the guider are all updated to Taiwan import linear guider,and the belt are twice width than the normal used machine.Also there have 2 small camera for small components and 1 big camera for big components.
The service life and precision will much better then the the machine with basic guider and belt machine.
2.How long can I learned how to use this machine?
For a worker whom know how to use the PC,1-2days is enough.We have the machine training video and we can training you online.
3.How about the after sell service if some part break down?
Machine inside with PC controller,therefore it can link the internet,we can do a remote through the software such as TEAMVIWER.Our engineer and me will be there to help you analyze the problem,after that we will send you the pare part.
(within 1 year warranty,we will send the apare part for free,but you need pay the express fees.After 1 year,you need purchase the spare part.)
