We accept sample order for most products. According to your quantity, you will get the corresponding discount and most cost-effective shipping fee.
3. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?
If it hasn't been shipped, you can pause the order.

All the inquiry can be handled within 24 hour in the daily week.
5. How do you guarantee the product quality?
The Defective rate of our all products is 0.2% and we will do the final 12-24V Alternating voltage test before the shipment.

7. When you ship my order?
Normally 3- 7days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule,7 to 25 working days for bulk order.
