Q2. What's your MOQ? Can I order small order QTY at the first time?
A: The MOQ is 50pcs but testting sample order is acceptable.
Q3. Which payment term?
A:Usuall we prefer L/C, T/T for mass order, and Paypay for samples.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4. How many years do you guarantee for your products?
A: For most of our products, we are offer 3 years warranty; some items provide 5 years warranty.
Q5:How about your quality control system?
A:100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 48 hours to test its quality reliability, and it’ll be 100% tested again before packing, all of our products will pass strictly QC procedure before shipping.
Q6. What certificates you have?
A:Our products have passed CE, RoHS, SAA,ETL etc.
