Material Advantage

PVC material:

a). Mechanical properties: high mechanical strength, flame retardant and heat insulation and self interest, acid and alkaline strong; good climate change resistance (long-term use temperature should not exceed 60 degrees), good chemical and geometric stability, molding shrinkage ratio is larger than PC, should be used in architectural decoration, profile products.
b). The electrical insulation is excellent, which is comparable with that of hard rubber (suitable for making wire and cable insulation, seals, etc.).

Copper:

The structure of oxygen-free copper is dense and uniform, no pores, trachoma, high purity, less inclusions, good conductive and thermal conductivity extension properties; oxygen content is stable and oxidation is slow. The product has exquisite appearance and superior performance. It is suitable for various high-precision die-discharge machining materials or high-voltage electrical switches and other electrical accessories.

Co-extruded copper line

Copper wire and plastic production together, is an integrated product, no need for downstream processing. The advantage is that plastic matched copper wires well.There is no space between the copper strip and the plastic, the copper wire does not fall off.

Insert copper

First extrude the plastic part, and then insert the copper wires after the plastic is done. The advantage is that the product has high precision. Make the designer's inoperable idea into a real product to meet the needs of use. This is a good choice for some products that cannot be make the co-extruded.

Inside: The whole number is baled with PE bag packed ,convenient to check quantity when you received.

Outside:Carton box packaged to prevent the track lines and wires from damp , wear and pressure.

Q1. Can I have a sample first?
A: We are sorry that we do not provide samples. All of plastic profiles are private custom products. If you have design, please send PDF/CAD/STPE files to us, we will make a reasonable offer as soon as we can.

Q2. How can i confirm the quality?
A: Before open the tooling: we can send regular samples to you check accroading to your requirement. After finishing the tooling: Engineers will arrange trial production, then sending you to confirm whether the sample is qualified.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: Our MOQ as quotation, if you less than the MOQ will cost machine setup extra.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Small order will ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping as large order.

Q5. How to proceed an order ?
A: 1). Send your design(PDF/CAD/STPE is available) to us and let us know your requirements or application.
2). We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3). Confirm the offer and pay the full of tooling fees before mold opening, will send the sample within 15~25 working days to customer confirms the samples.
4). After sample approval, please places deposit for formal order, we arrange the production.
5). Please pay the balance before shipment.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: 1). Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
2). During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
