1.How can I get a quotation? *

Kindly provide us your detailed specification request (such as: Material,Diameter,Construction,Coating,Length,Packing,Quantity, Remarks, etc) the more details the better , leave us an inquiry or send email to us and we will response promptly.

2. What is your sample policy?

*We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers

 have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

3. How to pay for order?

* T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

* T/T, Paypal, Bank Transfer, L/C, Western Union, etc.

4. What’s the process of order?

*Send us Inquiry→get quotation→payment done→factory design and get customers’s approval→make tooling and       sample→customers approve smaple→bulk production. 5. How long I can expect the customized product to be finished?

*Sample: 7-10 working days (Standard). *Bulk order: 20-25 working days (Standard).

7. What is your terms of packing?

*Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,  we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
