Lower voltage start-up

  When the input voltage is 9 - 10V, the lamp 

can be lighted up normally

  When ballast in open circuit state, input the

1 sec., and enter automotive protection

the 13.5VDC voltage, the ballast stops work 

within 1 sec., and enter automotive protection

High voltage start-up

  Input the 16VDC voltage, then light on the

Overvoltage protection  

  When the input voltage raised from 13.5VDC

 to 18VDC, the ballast would stop work 

immediately, and enter automotive

ON - OFF testing

  With regular lamp voltage, input 13.5VDC 

voltage, ON - OFF operation twice in 1 sec, 

and repeat by five times

Grounding test

  Check if there is short circuit between case 

and positive and negative input

  When input voltage between 10V15V, the 

bulb power is 32W - 38W
