How do I make an order?

2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: There is an MOQ of 20sqft for all blinds, but no MOQ is required for curtains.

3. What is the lead time for my order?
A: Curtains and blinds will have a lead time of one week for fabrication (depending on quantity), and delivery of one to two weeks (depending on shipping company).

4. Who will bear freight charges?
A: The customer will bear the freight charges.

5. What is the warranty for your products?
A: All our products are given a two-year warranty for all hardware, subjected to change depending on products.
