Full warranty 3 years: We will provide Full three years" guarantee for free that product is problem caused by quality.

Free Maintenance 5 years: From the 4th year to 5th year, We will provide product maintenance for free, when it"s damage by improper using or some other reason.(Note: Client should pay the freight to send product back)

Lifelong Maintenance: From the 6th year ,We would provide excellent service for customer if have any problems, but Client need pay the freight and maintenance cost.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
