3.1 Output voltage:When No-load,no voltage
3.2 Chargring State: 
When chargring, Constant current 500mA 
When the voltage below 2.9~3.1V, then will into precharge status, the typical precharge voltage is 3V 
When the voltage in 4.1V~4.2V, it will into constant voltage charge status, the typical constant voltage is 4.15V
3.3 Charging status display:
When batteries in chargrig status, the charge display change it with percentage
Charge lamp will light up when full charge of it
Charge lamp will light off when the charger no batteries connected

4,PROTECTION REQUIREMENT:

4.1 Short circuit protection
After the remove of short circuit , the power will return to normal work

4.2 Overcurrent protection
After overcurrent troubleshooting, the power will return to normal work automatically
4.3 Overvoltage protection
When Input voltage above nominal voltage, the power will protect the charger, it will return to normal work after troubleshooting
