We DO NOT use acrylics.
The best way to distinguish between Crystals and Acrylics is to burn it
In case of damaged or missing parts during transit, replacement can be arranged.
To prevent from scratching the mirror-effect chrome surface of the ceiling rose, there is a layer of white PE film which needs to be removed to reveal the actual surface.
We also provide a pair of gloves with all of our lights. This can help our customers to prevent from cutting their hands during installation.
