 Henan HORN tools CO., Ltd located in Shangqiu, Henan. HORN factory was founded in 2006, focus on the research and development of the hand tools like screwdriver, screwdriver bit, hex key, tape measure, knife tool, includes different production department like Modeling department, Hardware department, Injection department, Test department, Packing department.Total staff 150 persons, include 10 senior researchers, 5 talented managers. Based on above favorable conditions, we can R&D, Design, production, test on our own without any problem.

Production capacity one-year

 The production capacity of our factory for one year is : Screwdriver 0.1 billion pieces, 30 million pcs screwdriver bit, 6 million sets hex key, 2 million pcs knife tool, 10 million pcs tape measure.

All test facility like pull test machine, torsion test machine, precision test equipment , also the designed-by-self sand-washing machine, tape measure life test machine ensure the all-round quality.

Pre-production sample is available, sample -fee will be free, freight-fee need to be covered by customer.

Whatever you want to make your own logo,design or packing, please send to us your drawing or roughly idea, we can custom-made the hardware as your required. We will also provide our professional advices of the products to make the design to be more realized & maximize the performance. 

Q4: How is quality ensured?

100% inspection during production. Our products comply with the DIN standard.

Q5:If there is some problem or quality problem in destination?

The questionary will be sent to you 10-30days after shipping. If there is any problem, please inform us, we will help you to slove. If any quality problem, free replacement.
