Q1. Are you factory?
A: Yes, we are factory since 2008. Now we have over 500 employees with turnover 40 million USD. Our sucessful and professional sales team will offer best service to you.

Q2. What is your main products?
A:Our main products are Linear lights, Recessed & Surface mounted luminaires, Pendant &  Free-standing luminaires, Downlight and tracklights. We offer 5 years warranty, and our product are very suitable for projects, such as office, shops, hotel, shopping mall.

Q3. Do you provide OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, we have professional design department, you just need to show the picture or drawing, we can manufacture accordingly, or we can design with your idea.

Q4. How can you control your quality?
A: Our QC team is independent and directly responsible to the boss and the clients. We will arrange a special QC to inspect goods you ordered and share a photo inspection report to you before shipment. Your order will be 100% inspected before shipment. 

Q5. Can I get a sample before order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q6. Is any discount for us?
A:We can negotiate the discount if the order quantity is big and more than our MOQ.

Q7. What is your lead time?
A: Generally it's one week for the sample, some items can available in 3 days. Bulk order can be completed in about 12-28 days. It is based on your quantity and models.

Q8. Can I come visit your showroom and factory?
A: Welcome to visit our company directly to establish long-term business relationship. We'd very like to help you book the hotel and pick you up from the airport, or the railway station. Please inform us if you have any scheduling in China.
Many clients from UK, Germany, France, Netherland etc have visited to our booth at Lighting Fair. It depends on our exhibition plan. We are always welcome to the meeting with you.
